Meet The Team

I started my career in military intelligence with 7th Special Forces Group, where I learned how to lead under pressure, adapt quickly, and stay sharp in high-stakes environments. 

After the military, I moved into the financial sector and found purpose in helping people make smart, informed decisions with their money. I’ve worked with ultra-high-net-worth individuals at respected firms, supporting everything from retirement planning to tax and estate strategies. I’m currently finishing up my Master's in Finance, which will also check the box for my CFP® education requirements.

I serve as the director of finance for R&M Solutions, a general contracting company I helped start a few years back. It’s been rewarding to help grow a business from scratch and serve the people of Georgia.
 

I grew up around constructions sites as a child and have been in the construction business professionally since I turned 16. At 18 I joined the Georgia Army National Guard where I continue to serve today.

I return home from my 3rd deployment in 2026 but while I am away I am still committed the people of the great state of Georgia. Whether its through my efforts overseas or at your own home taking care of your concrete needs.

Victor Ramos Sr. brings over 30 years of unmatched experience to you. Victor Ramos Sr. immigrated here as a teenager on a work visa. He became a citizen, married his wife, and had three children here. (in that order)

Years later he, his son, and their friend Blake decided to form a company together rebranding the quality of work Victor Sr. has brought to our community for years.
